+hermes-tt cree automatiquement :
+1. /opt/data/workspace/ao-eval/[REF]/
+2. Une tache Kanban par soumissionnaire -> profil evaluateur-ao
+3. Les workers tournent en parallele
+4. Synthese : rapport XLSX + PV de depouillement format TT
+5. Envoi sur Telegram
